Introducing Tudela Varela 229

We are proud to unveil Tudela Varela 229—a new residential building in Lima, Peru, designed by Mateo Deza Studio for Momento Grupo Inmobiliario.

Building on the ideas explored in Tudela Varela 226, this project challenges conventional residential models by reimagining housing as a vertical neighborhood—one that redefines how outdoor space can be meaningfully integrated into dense urban living. At its heart, the design places people and community first, prioritizing well-being, connection, and livability.

We are excited to continue our collaboration with Momento Grupo Inmobiliario as we bring our shared vision to life, creating a thoughtful and lasting contribution to Lima’s urban landscape.
