INTRODUCING GONZALES 749
We are proud to unveil Gonzales 749—a new residential building in Lima, Peru, designed by Mateo Deza Studio, in collaboration with Vertice Arquitectos, for Momento Grupo Inmobiliario.
Building on the ideas explored in Gonzales 749 is aproject was conceived from the inside out — each space designed first for how it would be lived in, and every functional decision then allowed to surface and shape the building's exterior. The result is a building whose facade is specific and coherent from interior expression to exterior form.
We're excited to continue growing our partnership with Momento Grupo Inmobiliario as we advance our second project together, shaping a meaningful and lasting presence within Lima.

INTRODUCING TUDELA VARELA 229
We are proud to unveil Tudela Varela 229—a new residential building in Lima, Peru, designed by Mateo Deza Studio, in collaboration with Nomena Arquitectura, for Momento Grupo Inmobiliario.
Building on the ideas explored in Tudela Varela 226, this project challenges conventional residential models by reimagining housing as a vertical neighborhood—one that redefines how outdoor space can be meaningfully integrated into dense urban living. At its heart, the design places people and community first, prioritizing well-being, connection, and livability.
We are excited to continue our collaboration with Momento Grupo Inmobiliario as we bring our shared vision to life, creating a thoughtful and lasting contribution to Lima’s urban landscape.
